What Does My Glucose Test Indicate?
I am 59 year old woman i have done my Plasma glucose estimation test results are as below.
Fasting Plasma Glucose : 122.7 Fasting Urine Sugar : NIL, Fasting Urine Acetone : NIL
Post Prandial Plasma Glucose : 121.6 Post Prandial Urine Sugar : Nil Post Prandial Urine Acetone : NIL
Fasting Plasma Glucose : 122.7 Fasting Urine Sugar : NIL, Fasting Urine Acetone : NIL

While post prandial plasma glucose is normal and there is no sugar or acetone in the urine there is no need to worry.
The fasting blood sugar at 122.7 is slightly higher than normal which is 110. I suggest you get the fasting blood sugar repeated after a month and then discuss the findings with your doctor. In most cases a sugar level even if 122.7 may be controlled by following proper diet.
