What Do Delayed Periods And Negative Result In HPT Indicate?

Hi, I am currently trying to conceive and am experiencing some odd symptoms. Here is my history: July 20 - found out I was pregnant Aug 31- Sept 7 - miscarried Oct 11 - normal period following miscarriage Nov - no period, no positive hpt. Saw OBGYN for blood work and confirmed I wasn t pregnant but didn t seem to worry about missing period. Nov 22 & 23 - Got positives on over the counter ovulation predictor kit I have been tracking my symptoms, expecting my period and have had odd symptoms: Dec 2 &3 - I had very light spotting. Once or twice during the day when I went to the bathroom there was light brown on the toilet paper but nothing else for the rest of the day. Dec 5 - experienced bad cramping that felt like miscarriage cramps mixed with the need to go to the bathroom. These lasted a few hours and then disappeared. Dec 7 - went to the bathroom in the afternoon and when I wiped there was a gloob of brownish on the toilet paper Still no period now and negative hpt. Any idea why I am not getting my period but also not pregnant? Thank you very much! Nicole

it can be due to hormonal imbalance or having iron deficiency anemia.pregnancy test can be repeated and blood test laboratory to test pregnancy can be done. get checked by gynechologist for examination and advise on further investigation.other signs youare mentioning are not definite symptoms of pregnancy.
