Hi I m feeling cold inside my chest I was vomiting after something I ate last night but from what I ate yesterdays dinner I puccked up as well but today my chest feels cold inside I m sweating my throat is sore I m also tired my lower stomach is sore and have been going toilet alot as well (diarrhea) and wind sorry for the specifis

I really appreciate your concern, from the history given here this could be due to hyperacidity and this can be treated well with the medicine given bellow,
1) Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once in day
2) Tab Domperidone 30 mg once in day
avoid coffee, smoking, alcohol prior to bed, hope this information helps, take care, have a nice day.
