What Do Brownish Black Rashes All Over The Ears And Faces Indicate?

I am trying to find out about a skin problem my maltese female, for about 6 years now has a small brownish-black rash all in her ears, all over her face, and now all over her spine. I have had about 5 different vets about and all I get from the vets they don t know, one did me something that was supposed to be for dog eyes , and that did nothing it just continued to grow

likely to be seborrheic dermatitis...there are lot skin condition which causes similar complaints...initially get basic blood investigations ..has the child got fever during this rash episode has to be taken in to accounts has the child any congential rheumatic fever if your answer is no for all this and if ur basic bloodinvestigations are normal then its seborrheic dermatitis...
