Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Early diastolic notch at 33 weeks is not a good thing and more troublesome is bilateral one. Afi is amniotic fluid index it is within normal limits .baby weight is lesser. You have to take care of your sugar and blood pressure. Your doctor advised your rightly about protein intake. Such pregnancy is followed by serial scan. Avoid physical and mental stress. You should try meditation also. And please do not take stress as your pregnancy should ne handled carefully by a good doctor. Keep in touch with your doctor and relax.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
