What Could Traces Of Blood Post Bowel Movement Suggest?

I have recently noticed that after a bowel movement, there is occasionally a small amount of bright red blood on the tissue paper after wiping. There is no blood in the toilet bowel or stool, and there is only blood occasionally, not on a regular basis. I have noticed this over approximately the past 2 weeks. I have experienced hemorrhoids in past, as well as what i believe is a small cut / fissure from hard stools or sexual activity. Should this be something to be concerned about?

Thank you very much for contacting healthcare magic.

You have problem of blood in stool that may be because of hemorroid. Excessive straining or constipation problem cause blood in stool.

You have past history of hemorroid so mostly this is reason. Proper anorectal examination is helpful for diagnosis.

Anal fissure may cause blood in stool.
Intestinal infection like ulcerative colitis or intestinal polyp may cause blood in stool.
Peptic ulcer may ruled out.

Consent a gastroenterologist for further diagnosis.
Proper history and physical examination is helpful.

I hope my guidance is helpful to you.
Take care.
Thanks.
