What Could The Presence Of WBCs In The Urine Sample After Having Full Hysterectomy Mean?
I am 52 years old, I had full hysterectomy in 2009 without complication. Never had children. My recent 6 month physical revealed WBC 6 -10 in my urine sample. In looking on the web this could mean a UTI, however, I don't know if I have any other symptom. I always urinate frequently - during the night I get up 3 to 4 times; however, I drink water during the night because I have dryness caused by the heater, I believe. What could the presence of WBC in the urine mean? My doctor ordered a second urine sample screening which I am waiting for the result still.

i have gone through your query. see urine is consider to be a sterile liquid coming out of the body but when you see WBC in urine, it indicate some sort of infection like UTI or any other bacterial infection. You not to be worry since amount of WBC seen in your sample is few and you dont have any symptoms too. Just drink lots and lots of water, change your innerwear atleast 2 times a day, wear clean innerwear and wash your inner parts everytime you urinate.
if you find any sort of burning sensation while urination then consult your gynae.
