What Could The Itchy Red Bites On Skin Indicate?

Yes and ty for helping. For the last 2 months Ive had what seem to be bites.Theyre red little bumps that itch 24/7.A horrible constant itch.Painful too.Theyre red little bumps. The skins breaks usually do to itching. And a clear liquid drains.Giving very temporary relief. If I sit for awhile,a light scab forms. But then upon standing or movement they tear open and it continues.Between the painand the uncontrollable itching theres often welts with what are kind of like bites.Sometimes theres 2 or 3 in one little area. And no its not bedbugs.Spotless home. And have checked many many times to be sure. Can you help?My doctor is clueless.

Thanks for the question. The possible diagnosis of the condition based on the description of the lesions is papular urticaria or insect bite hypersensitivity. You should try to use mosquito nets as much as possible. Topical mild steroid cream like mometasone can be applied over the affected area. Oral antihistamines like fexofenadine may also be used. Consult your dermatologist regarding the above mentioned therapy. Regards
