What Could Sudden Dizziness And Nausea Indicate?
Hello Doctor Rynne, I was just doing the dishes and out of nowhere I got really shaky and dizzy and I thought I was going to throw up. I laid down on the couch long enough to feel sturdy enough to get back to my bedroom, but I still feel a little out of it. What is going on?

sudden dizziness occurs commonly due to long fasting , severe anaemia or hypertension.
If you are adult and this is happening repeatedly check your blood pressure and do complete blood count.
