What Could Stabbing Pain In Frenulum During Having Sex Followed By Small Painful Dots On Sides Mean?

While having intercourse with my wife I felt a stabbing pain in my frenulum (when inserting) it was a little uncomfortable afterwards but bearable. Two days have past and its really painful and has developed a small white dot either side and is really painful?

Hello
Thanks for query .
Based on the facts that you have posted It seems that you have sustained injury to your frenulum mostly due to dry ,vigorous sex with your wife.

You need to take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefexime along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily.along with topical antibiotic ointment like Neosporin twice daily.for 5 days.

Ensure to wash your genitals with warm water twice daily.

Ensure to avoid sexual encounters till it heals up completely.
