What Could Short Periods Following Unprotected Sex, When On Birth Control Pills, Indicate?

If a 16 year old female has unprotected sex with her boyfriend (both were virgins) 8 days before her normal period is supposed to start. Then about 30 mins after having the intercourse, she had brownish/red bleeding and it lasted 8 days then, regular red bleeding started on day 9 (which is when her regular period was to start). The red bleeding only lasted 2 days was not heavy and then has gone back to brownish/red for 2 days and has now stopped. She is on birth control pills (Aviane). Could she be possibly pregnant or could something else be wrong?

Hi, I had gone through your query and understand your concerns.
Please dont panic on this and be calm to your question for known one.
It is normal to have bleeding in firts intercourse if she is virgin (Intact hyemen).
If intercourse is hard then it can cause bleeding for long time as get trauma to internal organ.
Due to early age for menses bleeding can be for 2 days in regular menses.
As she having Pills there is no chance to get pregnant if taking that pills regularly on time as told by doctor.
But i say to you that tell your known one that this is very early age for all of this . concentrate on her study and do this when she get matured and stop taking Pills in this early age
