sir, as per my sigmoidoscopy report:-1.indiction:- Bleeding p/r 2.Anal canal & rectium:- Second degree piles ,No ulcer,NO growth,Normal mucosa.3.Sigmoid colon:- Normal 4.Colon:- Seen uoto Transverse colon clearly seen and foune to be normal,No mucosal abnormalit seen.NO ulcer ,No growth IMPRESSION:- SECOND DEGREE PILES

Second degree piles means produced on straining and reduce spontaneously
I suggest you do following
Take fluids 3 litre in summer 2 litre in winter
take high fiber diet like banana ,leafy vegetables.
Local smooth ointment for pain
Still if problem persist go for surgical banding
