What Could Recurring Pain In Stomach With Throwing Up Indicate?

I was having stomach pain. like right below the chest. I had it before randomly so I stuck to yogurt and baked potatoes and I felt good. then I slowly went back to food. Then when I had milk and cereal it came back. I went back to yogurt and potatoes for two days. This stopped like 5 days ago and I felt fine since. Today I had lunch and the pain came back and 10 times worse then before. This time I had nachos, with beans, veggies, sour cream and the salsa. The pain was so strong I couldn t stand and I felt I needed to throw up to relax. So I had a gingerale and I feel better. I am not sure if I am allergic to something.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, this is the typical symptoms of hyperacidity and this can be well managed with "Tab Omeprazole 40 mg with Domperidone 30 mg" once in day at evening time avoid coffee, spicy food, smoking, alcohol, prior to bed hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
