What Could Random Spots On Back Suggest?

I woke up today and my back was fine. But after about 2 hours in school a spot on my lower back near my side started to hurt so I had my friend look at it and she said there was a white spot and I found that abnormal.. now school is over and my mom says it s still there and I m not sure what it is.. it hurts when I laugh or walk. It s on the left side and if I lean to the right it hurts really bad.

Hello,

I am quite empathetic to your sufferings that the condition is even hampering your daily routine.

There can be multiple possibilities of the abnormal spot. It can be a simple urticaria or vasculitis or might be a part of underlying skin infection.

In my patients with such kind of problem I generally suggest to take a pain killer and anti-inflammatory tablet such as paracetamol or diclofenac for two times a day.

If at all the area is increasing then you can meet a doctor to rule out any other possible cause and accordingly the best treatment.

My best wishes for early recovery.
