i had a cervical spinal fusion C2-7 on June 18. Since then I have had several steroid injection, nerve ablations (sp?) on both sides of my neck, and Botox in all of the muscles in my neck and shoulders on both sides (just had Botox on Friday). I have been dealing with migraines that start in my neck and back of the head that work their way up to the front of my head. I have taken imitrix and imitrix shots. Now I have Cambia powder for the headaches. For about a month I have had a drum like or pounding sound I m both ears along with a sound like loud wind or rushing. This happens when the neck pain gets really bad and the headaches are starting. This ear stuff is accompanied by dizziness and nausea. This is happening around 20 times a day and lasts about a minute each time. Sounds around me like the tv and my children talking are very muffled. I need to lay down on my side for this to slowly subside. When I stand up again I get very dizzy and the ear stuff happens again. What should I do? Who should I talk to? Any ideas what this could be?
