What Could Pinprick Bruises On Body Of A Child Signify?

Hi i have a 6 year old boy who is extremeley active, good appetite, rarely sick with anything but has tiny red pinprick bruises which appear on his body stay for a few days then disappear. This has happened since he was an infant. Wondering what this could be

Can be due some kind of allergy. As it is since infancy, it cannot be due to acute viral infection. Apart from allergy, immunity disorders should also be ruled out with blood tests. Complete blood picture would give some hint to diagnosis.
