What Could Pain In Left Foot Instep While Walking Indicate?
Hello, I am 50 years old and am experiencing left foot instep pain more so on the medial side of the top of my foot. In the morning there is no swelling but by the end of the day my instep is swollen and I weight baring is an issue. I experience pain when I step and flex the foot while walking. Ibuprophen helps the pain. I do not remember injuring my foot in any way but recently started walking about 4-5 miles a day. I guess that s what I get for excercising. Can you assist me with any help?
