What Could On And Off Severe Pain In Flank, Foggy Head, Frequent Uriantion Indicate?

I got severe flank pain. That lasted about half hour. Then less pain since. My head seemed foggy. I feel like I need to urinate frequently. But cant go every time it happens. The pain is now mostly rt. Flank. Yesterday felt like bad kidney infection. Today less like it. But symptoms still there. Just not as bad

Hello. I am sorry you are having problems.

The best thing would be for you to have a urinalysis test done as soon as possible. You could have a urinary tract infection, or possibly a kidney stone.
There are of course other things that can cause flank pain, but these are by far the most likely. Make sure you drink enough water (but no need to overdo it).
