What Could Nausea, Fatigue, Breast Tenderness And Cramps While On Mirena Indicate?
I am on my second Mirena. The first one was in for the full 5 years and I am on my 3rd year of my second one. My partner also has had a vasectomy, which was completed approximately 7 years ago. I ve been feeling nauseated on and off, extremely tired, headaches, breast tenderness, and really crampy for the past 2-3 weeks. Is it possible that I could be pregnant?

Your symptoms suggests there could be hormonal imbalance which could be because of progesterone effect from the mirena. As your husband has vasectomy done you are unlikely to be pregnant.
