What Could It Be If Having Pain In The Right Side Of Head, Right Eyepain And Left Nostril Stinging?

I have a pain in the right side of my head that I have had there for over a week. It makes my right eye burn and my left nostril stings a little. It's not so much a pain as a pressure thing. It's annoying and pain killers completely get rid of it. What could it be?

Itmay be migrane. Take migranil with nasibion nasal drop. You will be completly relieved. You can apply artificial tear drop like, Like refresh tear.
