What Could It Be If Having Hard Tubular Anomaly On The Right Testicle Which Is Difficult To Locate?
Hello. On my right testicle I've noticed a slightly hard tubular anomaly over the course of a year or two. It is tricky to relocate and I give up after a few attempts because of the discomfort from palpating, so I've only noticed it accidentally on 3 or 4 occasions. This evening I found the bump again, but I may have felt a vigorous writhing movement as though it were a live parasite as I attempted to get a better feel of it. It was very frightening and happened very quickly so I can't be 100% sure of my sensations. I still can't locate it again after several attempts and I'm scared if I try too hard it may migrate to another organ. I've read a little about Varicocele but in my case it seems to be a singular object rather than a spaghetti-like mass. I'm a 26 year-old who has spent time in West Africa as recently as 2012 so perhaps a parasite such as Filariasis is not so far fetched? Your response is much appreciated.
Hi, Welcome to HCM. Filarial or any other parasite is normally too small to be palpaple. Still you can get yourself examined by urologist/andrologist to know the real cause. Wish you good health.
