you are suffering from nerve injury in form of nerve fascicles disruption. the signal from nerve transmission is not proper to muscle. these areas is supplied by cervical and upper thoracic nerve roots, in which you are feeling pain. this may be treat automatically sometime by natural healing as well . for drug I suggest - diclofenac 20 mg sos
