What Could Fever, Heart Race Suggest In Individuals With Pancreatic Stent Placement?

Hi I am a 22 yr old female with Anorexia, Bulimia and bipolar. In 2010 I had a cholecystectomy. I had to have a drainage in and I had sludge in my bile duct. When I had to have my Blie sludge cleaned out they put a pancreatic stent in now I am having alot of pain from that area when I eat and a fever with chills. My heart races and I cannot eat what is happening?? My abdomen hurts just under the rib cage and I have diarrhea manly gas but still bad. When I go to the toilet the pain doesnot stop and it worsens.

The condition is possible inflammation in the bile drainage or pancreatic system giving pain, fever, raised heart rate as systemic manifestations. In our clinic, we recommend a CT scan with or without ERCP for the final management guidelines.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
