What Could Extreme Nausea With Dizziness Suggest?

Hi.I m experiencing being extremely nauseous. To where it wakes me up out of my sleep. Stomach pain on left aide by belly button. I m dizzy and tired. I m also extremely hot and then cold. I ve been randomly spotting for the past two weeks. all these symptoms have been going on for months. Just recently gotten bad. Can t seem to eat or drink anything... HELP!!!

Overview
Your complain of abdominal pain could be nonspecific, this is nothing to take with the scanty period, certain conditions are their and that could be the cause of your symptoms, Hyperacidity, if your are above 40 years then this could be menopause, stressful condition.
Workup
This could be early to go for any investigation unless have some suspected pathology, you need to wait for some time.
Treatment
Such nonspecific symptoms related with anxiety and depression, and this could lead to hypertension later on, so better to avoid this situation, try to be happy, have positive attitude.
Medication
The condition can be treated with Tab Chlordiazepoxide with Clinidium three times in day, with Tab omeprazole 40 mg and Tab Domperidone 30 mg at evening time for three weeks, hope this information helps, take care.
