Hello,

It may be local infection or you may repeadly damaging your inner ear wall lead to infection. Other possibilities like middle ear infection with perforation lead to pus discharge. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Avoid inserting ear buds let it heal. Avoid water entry into your ear. If you observe any fever or pain, please consult with your ENT specialist he will examine through endoscopy and treat you accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
