Hi Dear,

Understanding your concern.

The symptoms you mention in query are probably related to heart disease . Such symptoms can be sign of heart attack , pericarditis or angina . Moreover they are starting after exertion and subside on resting , this shows they are related to heart .

I would suggest you to consult cardiologist without any delay .

Doctor may order ECG , TMT test , total blood profile and angiography to confirm the diagnosis and treat accordingly .

Doctor may prescribe medicines like beta blockers , diuretics or atorvastatin

Till then do not exert you body , take proper rest and cal cardiologist for appointment.

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Get Well Soon.
Best Wishes,
