General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,
what is the age of the patient and what other diseases does the patient suffer from?
If he/ she is fit then most probably an Aorto-Bifemoral Bypass grafting would be required to treat this blockade. We do it regularly in my Center.
You should see a Vascular Surgeon who can examine you and advice you accordingly as Endovascular treatment/ Angioplasty/ Stenting will most likely not suffice in this case. You could contact me by leaving a Direct/ Specialist query on the website or consult another Vascular Surgeon. That is the best treatment that can be offered,
Take care,
Dr Rishi, New Delhi, India.
