Hello,
Your chances of pregnancy are nil. This is because firstly, you have been taking the oral contraceptive pill to suppress ovulation, secondly natural ovulation also is erratic with PCOD and lastly, the time of intercourse occurred in the safe period even for an otherwise natural cycle. The menstrual period is likely to ensue in the next few days once you complete the course. Owing to the inherent hormone disturbance with PCOD, response to external hormones may not be as prompt as with normal persons. You need to get help if you do not see a period even after ten days after the course. Hope this helps.
