What Could Constant Bloating With Acne And Cramps In Males Suggest?

Lately I have been having consent gas n bloating especially after dinner, i have also had acne n intestinal cramping before but the intestinal cramping has gone away for the most part it still comes on n off, I always have consent mucus draining down the back of my throat, I also have impotence. I occasionally get an itchy butt. What is wrong with me? I am a 19 year old male n never have done any drugs of any kind.

hi.welcome to healthcare magic.i understand your problem.my opinion is that,
1.avoid spicy foods.
2.avoid alcohol intake and cigarette smoking.
3.fruits like papaya will help you in digestion.
4.take pantoprazole tablets twice daily for 7 days.
5.you can take dicyclomine tablets twice daily for 7 days to control cramps.
6.kindly go for upper GI endoscopy if you don't find any improvement in symptoms.
