What Could Chest Pain With Deep Breaths Suggest?

me and my brother were wrestling around night before last and he dug his elbow into my chest-right between my breasts-i heard a crack or pop and now im having bad chest pains.i cant take deep breaths, sneeze, lean up, laugh, or put my arms behind my back or over my head without the pain worsening.do i need to see a doctor?

Hello,

It seems to be muscular strain injury. For that, you can take rest and nonsteroid anti-inflammatory drug like ibuprofen. A hot compress can apply for soothing. Avoid movement that causing pain. A chest x-ray is done to rule out any underlying fracture rib if present. Consult a physician for examination.
