What Could Cause Swollen Neck When Diagnosed With Bronchitis?

36 year old female asthmatic. Diagnosed with Brochitis on Tuesday and given steriods and levofloxacin. Doing regular neb treatments. Still coughing quite a bit and I noticed my neck is really swollen. I have very large tonsils typically- but my neck is not normally this size. Thoughts?

ENT Specialist 's  Response
U need to rule out tonsillar infection immediately and treat it asap or else it can worsen the asthama/ bronchitis. Neck swollen may be due to lymph nodes or air emphysema - rarely but in any case treat the neck problem at the earliest
