What Could Cause Stomach Pain And Foul Breath After Having Chicken Pox?

hi my child is complaining of pains in her stomach on and off for last couple of weeks. she had a bad dose of chicken pox about three weeks ago. she is also quiet pale.she also has bad breath. she has started as soon as she gets up looking for a drink of water before breakfast

Gastroenteritis sometimes follows chicken pox infection as it reduces the immunity.
Drinking water after getting is not a symptom of any disease.
Cyclopam syrup orally may relieve stomach pain temporarily.
