What Could Cause Slimy Clear Substance In Urine?

I have a question when i poop sometimes every once in a while when forcing poop out have a slimmy clear substance in my urine for some reason. I take alot of pain medications, dont know if that is the cause. It does not hurt to urinate and also i have no STD's i have been tested many times.

*Cause for the same is Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agents taken as
pain killers on OTC basis & creating unseen harm to your different body
organs one of which is urinary bladder.
