What Could Cause Sharp Pain & Bruising On Top Of Foot?
For a couple years now I have had sudden sharp pain and then bruising on the top of my foot. right over my second and third toes. First I was told it was hairline fractures. Then an MRI said it is basically a problem with a nerve between my toes. there seems to be no rhyme or reason to when this pain and bruising happens. I wonder if I need to see someone else. Is there a way to prevent it? Could it be a bigger problem?

I do not think you should be so much worried about bruising as this is not dangerous, it can be some kind of skin disease,like contact dermatitis. It is for sure not related to your nerve pinching. i think you can get surgery for pinch nerve and after that you will be pain free.
