Urologist 's  Response
Hello
Thanks for query .

Loss of pigmentation of glans penis and genitals with pink coloration of glans penis is mostly due to what is called as Ballnitis Xerotica Obliterance (BXO) or Genital Lichen Sclerosis ,exact etiology of which is still unknown.

However diagnosis needs to be confirmed by clinical examination by a qualified Urologist

It is a progressive disease and there is no definitive treatment invented so far.

Using topical steroid prevents and slows down the progress of the disease.
