Psychologist 's  Response
Hello,

Pain arising out of bottom of the penis could be due to various reasons like sexually transmitted infection, general infection or even prostrate problems or infection. Proper diagnosis is essential for treatment. Therefore, I suggest consulting an urologist for physical examination, diagnosis and treatment.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
