What Could Cause Menstrual Irregularity?

Hi, was wondering if you could help. I always come on my period in the middle of the night on 19th/20th
of every month. This month i have not come on yet but constantly feel as if i have or am going to. Should i just do
a home test or visit my gp.

Hi,

I think that I would suggest you have a thyroid profile test and prolactin test done as these symptoms can be due to hormonal irregularities. Also, I would suggest you to have a urine pregnancy test done to rule out pregnancy and start a course of Medroxyprogesterone tablet 10mg for 5 days.
