What Could Cause Intense Stomach Pain And How To Treat It?

I m having intense stomach pain. Now i m taking esomeprazole with domeridone 1 tab before breakfast & in case of intense pain after that at any time of day i take dicyclomine tab. The problem has been consistant since 4-5 days . No loose stool problem. Can you suggest me for this stomach infection what should i take ofloxacine or azithromicine?

Hi,

If this is the just a abdomen pain then it may not be due to infection and without confirmation taking antibiotic is not at all advisable. Moreover underlying cause of abdomen pain is matter of concern and it need to be found out it may be due to abdomen pathology without infection, initially it can be managed with antispasmodic. If not responded, then clinical examination and tests are required to differentiate the cause as long as the infections are concern these also needs to be classified and according to that antibiotic being decided, antibiotic can not be taken like that only.
