What Could Cause High TSH, Prolactin And Estradiol Levels?

blood test have returned, have questions regarding the results. believe there s a thyroid issue.respect my fsh and lh are both low, .2 and .1 each my tsh is high, 4.760 my prolactin is high 19.2 estradiol is high 53.6 i m just not sure what this all means

Your TSH 4.76 mU/L is within normal limit. There is no mention of T4 or T3, but TSH is normal. Only if it above 5 to 10 mU/L, then it is considered s subclinical hypothyroidism. When above 10 mU/L, then it is hypothyroidism with low T4 levels.
Your FSH and LH levels look fine. These levels are different at different stages of menstrual cycle and also depend on the age of the person. Unless there are any specific symptoms related to any of these hormones, it is diifcult to comment. Apparently everything looks good. Only prolactin appears slightly high. Thanks.
