What Could Cause Heavy Bleeding, Louder Heartbeat, Fainting And Weakness After Taking Meosopril Kit?

Hello doctor, I became pregnant. The date extend 10 days from my mensuration cycle.I checked and I found it is positive, then I took mesopril kit.After taking misoprostal 400mcg,first dose, the bleeding starts, another day I took second dose then,after that my head starts circling and my heart starts beating loudly and I faint.I felt my B.P became low, but it was normal.I took iron syrup and electral powder, then I felt OK.After 3 days again severe bleeding started about 8hours and again I faint and my heart started beating loudly.In this time the condition become more severe, I was not able to walk, stand etc.Next day my head became heavy and I felt very weakness.sir how can I overcome from these, I am a working lady.

Hello dear,
I understand your concern.
In my opinion the symptoms might be the sideeffects of misoprostol.
It causes nausea,vomitings,abdominal cramps etc.
Don't worry.The effects won't persist for long.
The heavy bleeding is also one of the reason for giddiness,headache.
I suggest you to check for HB to rule out anaemia.
Take iron rich diet like green leafy vegetables,dates,figs,liver to improve the HB.
And if the HB is low iron supplements might be needed.
Nothing to worry.
