What Could Cause Frequent Red Itchy Bruises At The Anus That Leads To Bleeding Upon Scratching?

Hi I take showers regularly and keep good hygiene. I’ve been noticing lately that I have this itch on my Anal area when I itch it bleeds. I never thought anything of it till now because it happens pretty often. I look at my anal and I see it looked bruised but red like blood. I don’t have blood in my stools. And am gonna make a docs appt but want to make sure it’s nothing urgent

Possible cause may be perianal eczema or boil or fungal infection. Please apply ointment Terbinaforce-Plus locally twice a day for one week. If symptoms not improved please consult your dermatologist.
