General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, he must be sweating due to some problem in the body, so as the weakness, etc.
The causes may be the anemia, hypovitaminosis, some chronic disease like tuberculosis etc.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
He may need to have some tests for diagnosis.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms injections of vitamin B1,6,and 12 for 10 consecutive days. protein suppliments, hematinics, and ranitidine till the diagnosis is established.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
