Dear Friend.
Hi , I am Dr Anshul Varshney , I have read your query in detail , I understand your concern.
I suppose you are talking about Cardiac Enzymes. There are many variants of it.
You need to tell me which one was raised and to what extent.
If Total CPK was raised , it can occur in many conditions.
If only CPKMB was raised , it is specific for Cardiac muscles , so , can be raised in Myocardial Infarction and sometimes in Pericarditis.
I need to know your age , sex , medical history. Also attach your ECG and Blood Tests.
This is my personal opinion based on details available here. If you want to discuss your issues further, you may please ask us
