I have looked through your query. It is indeed possible that you have a fever with a rash along with a headache. A headache occurs when there is dilatation of the blood vessels in the skull.

This causes the pain that you are having. It is possible that you have a viral fever which presents in the way you have described. Also, allergies will also cause similar problems.

You can try the following to see if they help you:
- Drink lots of water to prevent dehydration
- Take tablet Paracetamol 2 times a day
- Take 1 tablet of Cetirizine 10 mg
- Sleep well

I think that you have a migraine which occurs due to a viral infection which is leading to the allergy and the rash. You can treat the viral infection and the rash by doing the following:
Inhale steam mixed with Eucalyptus oil to clear the nasal passages
Take a Paracetamol 500 when you feel you are about to get a headache
Take 1 tablet Cetirizine 10 mg once at night to control the rash
Drink lots of water
Sleep well and get at least 8 hours of sleep a day
Eat meals at regular times
