What could be the symptoms of vitmin b12 deficiency ?

i have just been told i may have a vit b12 deficiency i have been for a blood test and am awaiting the results but over the past 2 years i have had a swollen liver altho i dont drink and have started to vomit when ever i eat any meat products is this related and could it have caused any lasting damage i am female and 28 years old

hi,it seems that you may have problem with your digestive system.You need some more investigation for proper diagnosis.B12 deficiency and vomiting after food may different conditions.Please talk to your doctor and get investigated.In mean time avoid high fat foods and drinks,take light diet more of salads and fruits.Please do not ignore symptoms like this.bye and take care.
