What Could Be The Reddish Bumps On Labia Minora?

I was tested in June for STDs and was negative but not tested for HSV or genital warts. Now I have 2 fleshy redish bumps on my labia minora. It s been about a week and only one is a lil painful to the touch. They almost look and feel like zits. What do you think?
