What Could Be The Reason For Sharp Pain In Chest Cavity And Back? Regular Weed And Tobacco Smoker

Hi, I am a 19 year old male and for the past 3-4 months have been experiencing sharp and dull pains in my chest cavity as well as my back. I was a regular tobacco smoker for a little over a year but stopped about a 4 months ago, but I also have been a regular weed smoker for about 2 years. The pain started out as rather sharp and severe, but i was too scared to see a doctor because of fear. Over time it has calmed down. I still experience these pains, however they arent as strong and don't happen as often. It becomes more prominent in the cold, but I'm not experiencing any breathing problems or struggle working out. I believe it is costochondritis from holding in weed smoke for long periods as well as an upper respiratory infection I experienced about 4 months ag, however I don't like to self diagnose. Lately it has been random when I feel it and will go away for a week or so. As well I have been more stressed lately so I think that may be part of the problem. My anxiety had began to kick in and I'd like answers so I can rest my mind. Please help!
