What Could Be The Reason For On And Off Pain In Right Breastbone With Difficulty In Breathing?

hello,my wife has pain in her right breastbone from last five years,when pushing her particular ribs she felt ceviar pain and during this time she has difficulty for breathing also.i have concelt no. of doctors and also performed no of test like,city scan,X ray,mamography and all the reports found normal.Her pain is not continue,for few month she dosent have any complain but after few times again she complain about her pain,



Please guide me for proper treatment.

With this presentation, I think it should be a peptic ulcer. I would suggest that she tries omeprazole (Prilosec over-the-counter) in association with antacids for about a month. Also, she may need to avoid fatty foods, spicy foods, pepper, caffeine-containing foods like chocolate, and alcohol.
She might also need a prescription of antibiotics from a doctor to eradicate the bacteria that is often responsible. I believe this would help her if she tries.
