What Could Be The Reason For Having Pain After Urination?

hi,
i have been having some pain after urination in both my sides, back and stomach. i don't feel any burning or a need to urinate all the time. But it is very painful after i wake up from a long time not urinating this has been going on for about a month.

Hi,

Even if there was no pain and burning during urination, we can suspect variety of things in you like renal stones, genitourinary tract infections or some musculoskeletal pain.

Based on physical examination findings, you may need ultrasound abdomen, complete urine exam.
