What Could Be The Reason For Having Cramping, Brown Discharge, Dizziness And No Appetite?

Hi, I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend on March 2nd, 2014, he came inside of me, I am on the IUD but had been taking antibiotics which I was told messes with the birth control. We had sex again March 3rd, 2014 but he pulled out. About 20 hours after the sex on March 2nd, 2014, we decided to get PlanB. It is now 5 days later and I am discharging a lot of dark brown liquid, but also experiencing a lot of cramping and pain, along with no appetite, dizziness and headaches. With being on the IUD, I have no idea when I am supposed to get my period because I have not gotten it in so long.
Please help me,

I would like to know that which antibiotic you have taken which messes with the birth control. In my opinion if you have IUD inserted before the sex then chances of being pregnant are very less. As you already have IUD you need not to take any other medications and sex is a protected one.

The symptoms like pain, discharge and headache that you are suffering from appear to be related to infection. Moreover the chances of infection are high if you are on IUD. I will advise you to drink more water and get antibiotics after consulting your doctor.
